Secreta is an ongoing series - a partner to the Psalms in the Vulgar Tongue project by Jeremy Clarke (jeremyclarke.com).

Each text is a 'secret' place (unknown or unnoticed) within the urban landscape.

The title is also a reference to the inaudible prayers whispered by the priest at certain places in the Mass, in both the Catholic and Orthodox traditions.

Sound artist Stas Shevchenko (S.V.Sh.) has interpreted these texts and set them within an urban 'dreamscape'.
